Red Stripes Caribbean Cuisine Lounge Hilton Head

So good. We shared three dishes and 6 sides and all of the food was levels above what we could have hoped for. Flavorful, melt off the bone food from a locally owned family business. Sallie Ann Robinson recommended Red Stripes to us and it was even better than expected. On top of all that the service was down to Earth, friendly and welcoming. Their family is part Jamaican, part Gullah and the food offered a fusion of the two. The chef came out to connect.

Very tasty Caribbean spot with the best hospitality. Ordered the jerk chicken and roti and it was brought out to me by the owner. Very nice guy and the food was fire! Perfect spice level.

Have been Going for several years started in bluffton but living on island the new spot in Great, Owners and staff are wonderful. It’s a family affair. Love the Curry Shrimp, jerk chicken, fried chicken haven’t had anything we didn’t like . Have been told ox tail is delicious.

Not only was the environment inviting, but the food was absolutely heavenly. Our waitress, Keisha, was patient and polite. She took time out to explain each item we ordered so that no confusion would be allowed. HIGHLY recommend this spot to relax and enjoy a true taste of the Caribbean!!!

We liked the order and made it five times. had the red snaps twice with tears and boiled and carbureted. loved the healed goat and ochs tail. the jowl was our least favorite. Enjoy Jamaican eating. good for something else.
