New York City Pizza

I do not recommend the Charleston location of this restaurant. I was very disappointed after my children had been getting pizza from here for years. They did not have our order ready on time due to a "ticket mix-up", and then they gave us the wrong wing order. Despite many staff members being aware of the problem, no one offered an apology. I will not be returning to this establishment.

You can enjoy pizza by the slice here, which is a big plus. I visited for lunch yesterday on 7/27 and was impressed by the quick and friendly customer service. The best time to go is during the daytime.

Update: I spoke to them the next day and was informed that they would send me a gift card to make up for the mistake. I wanted to provide this update sooner, but it ended up being over a month later. Better late than never, I suppose!

I hate to give 1 star reviews, but the spiders, dead bugs and small fly on the edge of our table guarantee it. if they can't take care of the front side of the house, which is going on in the back.

Ordered the spaghetti and it cam out with the sauce already mixed in. Like they made it yesterday and it has been sitting in the pot warming up. Bland taste and kind of a “pasty” texture. Almost like a Can of spaghetti from Chef Boyarde. The pizza was average but not like real New York Pizza. Also extremely expensive for pizza, over $65 for 4 People.
