Hilton Head Social Bakery

After two years, I returned to this restaurant and it was still amazing! The food was so beautifully presented that it almost seemed a shame to eat it, but it tasted just as delicious as it looked. We got there before it opened and happily waited in a short line with other fans of this incredible bakery.

This place is a must-try! Everything we ordered was superb. The croissant was perfectly crispy on the outside and filled with delicious, buttery goodness on the inside. The feta and roasted veggie quiche was tasty, with a pesto and Dijon mustard dressing that complemented the greens perfectly. The Grandma apple tart was absolutely delicious, and the mango peach tart was also very good. We also tried a latte and dirty chai, which were even better than Starbucks.

This is a fantastic spot for relaxation. Arrive early to enjoy a wide variety of morning pastries, as they tend to sell out fast. The option to sit by the marina or take a leisurely walk with your coffee adds to the overall charm of the experience.

O M G !!!!! This is definitely the best bakery on Island and you MUST go if you can. We got there 30 minutes after opening and there was already a long line, definitely worth the wait though! We went in there and were blown away by the options, we selected the bacon potato quiche, bacon Brie stuffed baguette, blueberry muffins, pecan croissant, hazelnut croissant, chocolate almond creme croissant, regular croissants, and more! Mmm, mmmm, mm- this is one of our favorite bakeries and the location is amazing! Grab a almond croissant and sit outside to watch the yachts in the harbor. Be sure to also check out their chocolate croissants, lemon tart, or ANY thing the executive chef creates! The line moves quick so don?t let that deter you from going, great for the family, plenty of outdoor seating. Highly recommend! ?? ?? ?? ?? ??
