Cook Out - Hilton Head Island

The young man working counter made our experience great.

No need apply here, particularly day shift, if you care about customer service and if you are not directly related to and/or dating staff. You need to at least know an established worker very well. This is clearly a very personal, unprofessional, family oriented workplace. If you do not meet the criteria you will not be welcome as a worker, they will try to bully you out the door. First time I have EVER quit a job without a 2 week notice in my ENTIRE life. I had to walk out because I felt unsafe ??‍

This place seems cool and maybe today was an off day but part of my grilled chicken was pink, the chicken nuggets were burnt and we were missing some of our food. The rest of our order was just okay. The service was fast and the crew was nice.

First time trying it, not bad. Very good price for what I received. Quality just wasn't there.

Was there on 3/14/24 for lunch. Definitely my best experience at any Cook Out. Took my sister there because she had never been to a cook out. We both got BBQ tray meals with a shake. This was my first BBQ sandwich from a Cook Out, since I always get burgers. She got onion rings and chicken quesadilla for sides, I got a chicken quesadilla and walking taco for sides. Everything tasted so good and sister was very impressed. Unfortunately y'all don't have locations in PA where she lives! The guy behind the counter had an excellent demeanor he is a customer service natural. The restaurant was also very clean.
