7-eleven - Hilton

This lady that works night shifts with the mini van kept looking at my bag and eying me down even though my bag was at the front and then she made me pull both of my pockets out thinking i was shop lifting even though she can clearly see on the cameras that I'm not and that she's just assuming that I can for her own pleasurer. Please get this lady fired shes not professional and enjoys making the customers get banned for no reason

I try to avoid going in the location at all costs but when I do I am always disappointed.This is more of a hang out for kids than a convince store. I went in today to buy a few drinks because I did not want to trudge through Tops and as usual there are 5 or 6 kids hanging out up front with the cashier being loud using profane language and just being obnoxious. The cashiers are always preoccupied and treat you like your bother them. Hopefully when the pandemic stimulus runs out they can be more selective whom they hire and get the kids who hang out there to do there business and move along.

I have a favorite energy drink, and the cashier named Sunny was kind enough to order a case from the vendor for me. She kept me informed about its arrival and continued to restock it as needed, which was incredibly helpful since I was working night shifts at the time. There's also a gentleman named Z who works there; he's very personable and always brings a smile when I check out. I appreciate that the store owner manages several locations and rotates some of the employees, so it's nice to meet different staff members from their home stores. Plus, I love that I can use my points and redeem them on nearly every qualifying purchase. Overall, this 7-Eleven truly feels like a part of the community!

The customer service here is better than any other 7-Eleven in the state—I would bet on it! #superiorskills

The staff is incredibly friendly, especially Sara and Sunny. The restaurant is also consistently clean.
