On a casual Tuesday afternoon in December 20, 2011, I was strolling through Regent Arcade when I came across a cafe named Billy Baxter.
I went to brunch yesterday morning and was pleased with the small but fresh and delicious menu. The service was fast and friendly. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.
