Every dish, from the appetizers to the main courses to dessert, was absolutely fantastic. Some of the best food I've ever tasted. All of my guests raved about it as well. I was initially hesitant to book a caterer without sampling their food first, so this review is meant to encourage others to do the same - you won't be disappointed!

They captivate the love for any meal they create and honestly made our retreat areas an incredibly powerful experience for all participants. they were flexible when we had to change the date, they were adaptable when the house was missing from certain equipment and supplies, and especially they were part of our family. I recommend heartbeet catering for an event on the big island!
