Chapter 27 brings a whole new vibe to Hilo. A comfortable, sophisticated style with great drinks (lilikoi/gin martini very good) and excellent staff. And did I mention the food? Beautiful and delicious. Everything just works.

This place was very cool! We had the ribs and the shells in broth. The menu changes every day! The place is hip with very warm professional service.
Casual, elegant and down at home are all feelings that come together in Chapter 27 in downtown Hilo. Did I mention the amazing Hawaiian sounds? Did I mention the traditional Hawaiian dancer?
