I was introduced to Amano after finding one of their products at a local grocer, Kelly's Superette. THE GOODS: Surimi $4.79 (16 oz. tray) AKA fish paste. Made of Alaskan pollock and pacific whiting, the consistency is like a thick pudding. What we do is mix in one raw egg, sliced green onions and spoon them into hot oil which makes fish cake bites.
