Yesterday was Mother's Day and we thought lets get some KFC worst mistake we have ever made. Out of 16 pieces of chicken there was only 1 piece of white meat . We ordered 3 large mac and cheese and was told that its was going to take 45 min for that REALLY ?
I can in and the store looked good, the employees were very nice, my food came out hot and fast! I spoke to the manager Karen for a few minutes and I told her how Pleased I was with their service!
Cant get original recipe at 7:10 pm on a Saturday night when they are open til 9pm because they were already shutting down the fryers, ridiculous!!! Might as well not have a KFC out here.
This KFC is a Mess! One visit, everything is fine, the next time it's a disaster. Yesterday, before going to an early matinee, we decided to pick up two $5 Fill Up boxes for lunch. The chicken sandwich box was fine. Mine, the Extra Crispy Breast box was f'd up. When we ordered, we were asked if we wanted to add an extra side for $1 each. We both added mashed potatoes to our coleslaw. I received Original Recipe chicken Breast instead of Extra Crispy I ordered. My potatoes was a small spoonful with a little gravy (much less than half full. And then I found my coleslaw packed over my potatoes which made it warm. Typical at this location. Either the staff is poorly trained or they simply don't care what they put out their window. Fed up, going to stick with POPEYES from now on.
I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The service was terrible, and my coworkers were unhelpful. The lobby was constantly closed, making it impossible for anyone to assist or answer the phone. This place really should consider closing down before something goes wrong. The famous bowl I ordered looked like it had been improperly prepared, and there was an odd flavor to it. I tried calling, but no one answered the phone despite it ringing. Overall, I do not recommend this place.
