We both ordered the Black Angus Beef, Grass Fed, 60 Day Butter Aged Scotch, and expected a nice cut of steak, well cooked, that would melt in your mouth. What we both got was a stringy piece of steak that was chewy and hard to cut, partly because we weren't given a steak knife either, but mainly due to the amount of unrendered fat in the meat. I did give my feedback to the serving staff who then passed it on to the kitchen, but at $60/steak I won't be buying one from here again.

Should have read the other reviews first. We were seated near the door downstairs. Every time someone came in there was a very cold wind. We ordered our meal and drinks and waited a good 20min for the drinks to arrive. Our entree was nowhere to be seen. Eventually it came out about 35m after ordering……along with the main meal! Poor service by pleasant but overworked staff.

Nothing much for my coeliac daughter to eat apart from 3 bowls of vegetables which are side dishes. We ordered the gluten free dips to be told there are no gluten free dips even though that’s how they’re advertised

We had NO wai... read more We have dined here on many occasions and has not always been great but not terrible, however it was absolutely terrible on the 15th February 2024. We had NO waiters serving our table at all. I had to keep getting up and go to the bar to get someone to come and take our orders. This went on for the entire night. The food was not good and seemed like it was from the day before. The food did not seem fresh at all. It was not a good night.
