When I got to the window today the guy said what can I get for you? like I didn 't just tell them at the speaker. Theyare dressed and act like they don 't work there. Just go down the street to Westchester for better coffee and service!

They are supposed to open at 5 AM, but I have gone several times after 6 AM only to find that they have just opened and have nothing prepared. If I could give it zero stars, I absolutely would.

I don’t mind waiting, as I understand they are training... read more I used to really enjoy this Dunkin’ Donuts location; it was fantastic until the blue-haired woman left. I don’t mind waiting, as I understand they are training new staff, but they no longer serve Dunkin’ Midnight, and my order is messed up every single time. All I want is a black coffee—no cream, no sugar. It's a simple request, yet they keep adding cream and sugar. Now, I drive to the Dunkin’ on the other side of town, and it's definitely worth it. My only regret is not leaving a positive review before the manager with the blue hair departed.

I was truly d... read more When I got home and opened the box of Munchkins, I was appalled to find at least seven of them stacked on top of several crushed and damaged ones. I was truly disappointed and disgusted by how the food was handled. To make matters worse, the restaurant often has inconsistent hours and seems to be closed when they should be open. The staff frequently appears distracted; I even saw them outside while customers were placing orders. I attempted to call and express my concerns, but the young man who answered hung up on me. Overall, this experience has left me quite frustrated.
