Papa Johns Pizza - Hillsborough County

Few things are better than enjoying a pizza from Papa Johns while binging on anime or gaming. I remember one of my first times ordering from this spot, the delivery ended up being very late (45-60 minutes past estimated time). A few days later I got a letter from them in the mail apologizing, asking for another chance and providing a coupon for a free pizza. And I never even verbally complained about the lateness. THAT is customer service, and kept me around. That is the only time I also had an issue with this Papa Johns. Typically their delivery time is very accurate to what they estimate. The food has always arrived warm and fresh, the drivers are always polite and greet me with a smile when I open the door. I can vouch that their cheese pizza, alfredo sauce pizza, oreo papa bites, cheesesticks, and garlic knots are all very delicious. It's also entertaining to watch the papatrack sometimes. Even though it's purely for entertainment it's usually very accurate, and I hear the knock right after the car stops moving in front of my apartment. Good food, almost always on time, friendly staff, and great service. It's a bit pricey but the papa rewards program can mitigate that as anything you order counts towards rewards and rewards can be redeemed on anything, no restrictions.

Pizza was undercooked just threw a batch of cheese on pizza (umm no) 3 guys in there working just playing around never again at this location ! Respectfully being real.

I love Papa John's pizza but this location consistently cannot make it properly. Choose the next closest location.

SUPER fast delivery. Had it at my door in 20 minutes, and everything was immaculate. Wish I could remember the delivery drivers name but he was awesome.

My pizza was delivered and it was a mess it look as if they dropped it and still came to deliver it. The cheese and meat was everywhere but on the pizza. My bf took the pizza back to the store to let them know about the pizza. When he asked for it to be remade the young lady ask “do you want us to remake it”. I’m not sure the policy but common sense should tell you to remake it. A few weeks ago I ordered pizza for delivery and it was taking a very long time. I decided to just go to the store to get my pizza once a hour had past. When I came in the store they seem so unbothered and could care less about me picking up a delivery order. The same young lady was there and just looked at me like whatever and kept working. The service has went down and I hope that improves. Upper management needs to stress to the employees the importance of showing genuine concern when it comes to satisfying guests. I’m not sure if this will be taken seriously but I can’t keep letting this restaurant slide. I understand every business has there issues but it order to get better you have to know what’s not going right and the recovery is horrible at this restaurant.
