Contribute FeedbackRussell House offers an intriguing yet inconsistent dining experience, with a lively ambiance and a diverse menu. Guests appreciate the friendly staff, though service speed can be a concern, often leaving diners waiting. While many praise the quality of the food, others note that prices may not align with expectations, particularly for breakfast items. Signature dishes like the ribeye and Reuben shine, but some flavors can disappoint, such as a bland orange sauce accompanying shrimp. For a more rewarding visit, consider prioritizing food over the house-brewed beers, and adjust expectations regarding service times.
Food and drinks: Exceptionally tasty and sophisticated, yet affordably priced.
We went here to celebrate our Wedding anniversary and was very disappointed. First of all, the restaurant is not very well maintained and does not look like the website. The grounds need a lot of work. When you walk in, paper flyers are taped all over with their hours and other info. It did not feel very clean. The service was slow. The prices are high for the quality. Worst of all we had to end our date early because we both got sick to our stomach within 20-30 minutes after leaving. Guess where I am as I write this.
The restaurant had a nice ambiance upon entering. However, the prices were high and the food did not meet expectations. We paid $40 for two breakfast meals. I ordered the breakfast burrito, which was not worth the price. The orange juice was served at room temperature. The staff was unfriendly and lacked knowledge of the menu.
Very good food and service. Will go back. Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5
We just had supper here. Great steak. Onion rings were a little overcooked but still good. Great service. Waitress was on drink refills, we never had an empty soda glass. Service: 5
