Stopd on Tuesday morning. Large selection of pastries and sausage rolls. I caught some Jalapeño castors. The sausage had a good moment, the Jalapeños were bright and spicy, and the dough was light and fluffy. I could see how I'm back in town.
Big little town bakery. Loves the cream cheese and fruit cache. Btw, the traditional sausage used is just the traditional. Beautiful tasteful pre-ordered cake! Ours was a 50. Annual rest.
You have the best cinnamon pear rolls. If you have one, be ready to long them inexorably! I wish they had a location in Austin because Hillsboro is a bit too far to drive. You will ship but you must order half a dozen as a minimum.
