I placed an online order with an estimated pick up of 6:12. I came in at 6:15 and was not acknowledged whatsoever by any of the staff for over 5 minutes. When someone finally asked me if I was here to place and order or if I had ordered online, I was told “it’s going to be a little bit” but not given an estimate on how long I’d be waiting. The pizza is consistently great and the folks are always nice
Great manager and customer service was perfect ! I come in often and always have a wonderful experience
They don't take EBT but they have to lie and say the machine is broken.

She always goes above and beyond if we have any issues (no extra olives, or mushrooms) shell put them in a lil cup and on my way I go. I've never had a problem here and will continue to support this chain!

When someone finally asked me if I was here to place and order or if I had ordered online, I was told “it’s going to be a little bit” but not given an estimate on how long I’d be waiting. It seemed like there was a new employee trying to learn (which is completely fine) but the person I assume was the lead seemed annoyed with the fact that her coworker was struggling. It’s now 25 minutes past the time I was told my order would be ready, and I still have no pizza and no idea when it will be ready. The food is always great, but the staffing, teamwork, and customer service could use some work.
