Lupine Smokehouse - Hillsboro

This is the best brisket you can find in the PNW. As far as sides go, the potato salad and cornbread were the top picks.

We recently had this restaurant cater our company event for 50 people. The food was incredible, especially the burnt ends which were fabulous. The potato salad, cole slaw, and beans were all delicious as well. The cornbread was moist and tasty. The meats were all tender, smoky, and flavorful. We will definitely use this restaurant again and the staff absolutely loved the food!

Having recently relocated to this area from Texas, I must say that this is the finest smoked brisket I have enjoyed since my move. I highly recommend calling ahead and indulging in this delicious experience.

Sooooo good!!! Today we enjoyed brisket, pulled pork and allllll the sides! Easily the best brisket we've had in Oregon!!! And wow that potato salad... I am very picky about potato salad, easily my new most favorite! We look forward to ordering for a bigger family event some time and trying out some more meat selections, I know the ribs come highly recommended
