This is by far my favorite place to get teriyaki chicken and other associated dishes! Since over a decade ago, they've had the best prices and highest quality food in the esplanade that you can find, with local people and familiar faces running the establishment. What Jeff doesn't like about Kokiyo Teriyaki:
Dont order the Chicken Yakisoba, pretty sure they use all the old dried up chicken pieces to make it. Oh, and they also charge you to use a debit card... LOTS of better places out there to spend your hard earned money. Update: I got food poisoning! Yay! I've been going to this place on and off for decades now. It makes me feel old. Typical teriyaki joint fair. Never had a bad meal here.

Just amazing. I used to be strictly Mashita's girl in Tualatin, but just one bite of their teriyaki here and I am now a fan of theirs
Just your basic teriyaki joint. Nothing fancy, but decent lunch specials! My only gripe was honestly that the drinks are $2.50 AND they charge .75c for refills! Silly.
I used to come here a lot back in the day. Good food and good prices. I noticed the quality of food wasn't as great the last couple years and haven't gone as much. Today I tried it out again and was disappointed. The beef was gray, a little slimy and smelled horrible. Rice was also slimy. I took my food back and told them and the cooks scoffed at me and the lady tried to help me but the owners said I would have to return the next day to get my refund. I don't have time to waste my lunch break on getting a refund the day after. Won't be coming back again. Just a heads up to everyone
