Dining at this KFC location has unfortunately been met with ongoing disappointment. Customers consistently report poor service characterized by long wait times, frequent mix-ups with orders, and a lack of acknowledgment from staff. Even with online ordering options, patrons often find their meals unprepared upon arrival, leading to frustration. While the food, particularly the chicken and sides, is praised when available, the frequent shortages plague the experience. The generally chaotic atmosphere and ineffective customer service leave many diners feeling undervalued, prompting some to abandon their meals altogether in favor of better options elsewhere.

There is always a long wait to park and get inside. The sign claims that orders are guaranteed to be accurate with no refunds, but in reality, orders are frequently incorrect and you're stuck with whatever you receive, whenever it finally arrives.
On both occasions that we dined at this restaurant, we all ended up feeling ill. I informed a staff member that the chicken was undercooked and not up to their usual standard, but she argued with me. We typically spend $40-$50 each visit, and the declining quality for the price is disappointing. There are not many other chicken options in the area, so I hope they improve their standards soon.
