Servers are attentive without hovering. Portions are good. My favorite is the chorizo burrito. My wife likes the shrimp enchiladas. 6/24: lunch with my wife. She had her shrimp enchiladas (could only eat half, score leftovers). Tried the Arroz con Pollo. Delicious. Again a large portion, scored more leftovers. 11/8: Good as always. My wife had the shrimp quesadilla and I had sampler platter for my entree. Both delicious and generous portions. Pancho was great. I really appreciate his attentiveness and willingness to adapt dishes for dietary constraints.
