Dutch Bros Coffee - Hillsboro

At this location, I had waited over eight minutes before a team member came out with the iPad to take my order (when I was now 2nd in line). I got to the window paid, as I was paying cash and the barista was making the drink for the car behind me. I waited several more minutes before, as I was watching, my drink was being made and finally handed to me. As a long time customer, I understand being busy, I'm used to waiting in line but this was poor management of time and process. A total of four employees inside and at least one outside taking orders on the iPad.

There’s always a line but it doesn’t last too long as the workers act quickly and professionally with a friendly attitude. I’ve never had a bad drink order and I always try something new when I go there are so many options. They also do a free drink on your birthday, which is cool.

Not the best location I've visited, drink didn't have toppings indicated on menu, order was taken while in line and waited longer for my drink than the person in front of me who ordered at the window, only had 1 seasonal coffe

So tasty, great customer service, definitely my favorite spot.Dietary restrictions: They great and will work around your restrictions.
