We had dined at this restaurant before and had a good experience, but our recent visit was disappointing. The food was greasy and lacked flavor. Despite waiting for 30 minutes, we were not offered any desserts. Our table was dirty and had not been wiped down. We do not plan on returning to this restaurant.
We booked a table for 4 over the phone. I was ordering food for kids explaining my child’s allergy while ordering it. The manager who was taking the order was reluctant to even listen to what I was explaining and kept on saying next, next to which I paused even when she continued to say next for 3 times and then telling me off how busy they were. Absolutely shocked to the rudeness although I would have given her a benefit of doubt thinking she could have had a long day or bad day. Her repeated cultural ignorance that seemed purposeful could not be waved. I am not returning to her restaurant again, never. When I asked for someone I could speak to, she mentioned she was the “highest level” and I could not speak to her about it, she continued with the phone take away order while talking to me and somehow asked me to leave. While I started to pack my infant back in his snow suit and collect the items, she apologised. Disappointed to have come across such an attitude.
