Despite the positive feedback on the quality of the food, the negative experiences have left some customers questioning future orders from the establishment. It seems that Pizza Hut may need to work on consistency and improving customer service to ensure a more positive overall experience for all patrons.
If I could give minus stars for this hut then I would do. Have been using this hut on and off over a decade now, we more often than not have issues ie food undercooked, overcooked, missing items, cold food, squashed boxes the list is endless, but this last experience takes the biscuit! We decided to treat ourselves to take out on NYE and as it had been a while since ordering from this branch we decided to give it another go BIG REGRET! ETA for delivery was 30-40 mins after over an hour still no delivery, attempted to call the hut almost 20 times with no answer. Attempted to call the hut again the following day, again no answer, attempted to call customer experience as payment has been taken from my account, no reply!!! I had to chase and threaten to take legal action for my money to be returned to me, it is an absolute joke! save yourself the hassle, don't order from this branch the staff and service is unbelievably bad and customer service don't care or help!
I ordered a takeout pizza from this restaurant and it was delicious! The portion sizes were generous and the chicken wings were also enjoyable. Everything was cooked perfectly and at the right temperature. I can't wait to order from here again!
I always order from the Ruislip Manor branch excellent service, pizza delivered within 30mins, piping hot! but for some reason my postcode when online ordering went through to the Uxbridge branch. Ordered pizza, no issues, payment taken, email receipt received advising ETA 60 -70 mins which was fine I guess as it was a England v Scotland footie night, so assumed maybe busy Waited 2 hours and no pizza, called their branch 17 times, no answer and to add insult got a email stating how they did as pizza was delivered! Delivered yes, but not to me! Can't get through to customer services to get my money back as branch useless. In all honesty its put me off from ordering from them again.
I have been using this pizza hut delivery service for the last 10 to 15 years and have always ordered vegetarian pizza's. Today I put my order in and received the pizza and upon eating I discovered that it was half cooked. I thought it was my imagination and as I was hungry I just ate the pizza. My husband and mother also had a piece each but couldn't eat it because it was uncooked. I called and complained and kindly a second pizza was sent to me but this time i asked for a veg sizzler and they put chicken pieces onto it. When I called again to complain I was met with an argument and the person did not want to speak with me. This wil be the last time I will be using this delivery service. Wheover own it needs to get thier act together as I am sure this must be a franchise.
After 20 years, we decided to try delivery from this restaurant for the first time, but unfortunately, our order was incorrect. We received the wrong pizza and did not receive the extra dip we had paid for. This experience has made us reconsider ordering from Pizza Hut in the future. Apologies to Dominos, we will be returning to you soon.
