Kfc - Hillingdon

This place is a must to avoid. The service was disgusting and customers were kept waiting up to 25 to 30 mins including myself. There was a lady preparing the orders being rude to one of the girls servicing and deleting all orders, including those still to be done. When customers asked where their orders were, 1 person would start to help, stop helping and serve another! The manager came to the counter to assist then ended up laughing with a colleague about the situation. When asked where my order was the manager says oh I'll ask her as she keeps deleting orders. When asked the lady shrugged her shoulders and walked off. Fast service ha ha ha, more like slow.

Could do with a good clean looking scruffy dirty food was cold very disappointing will check before we leave in future

Been to this KFC many times, food always good. Staff very friendly. Customers not always so friendly, but staff are very patient. Impressed.

As normal for a fast food restaurant. Service can be delayed if they are very busy and their meals are always of normal consistency

Good chicken without having to cook, always polite, friendly staff and the food is always hot. Use this KFC quite often and have always been pleased with my meal.
