Unfriendly staff, politely asked for no drumsticks in bucket as previously given 4 out of 6 on previous visit- but told I would get 3 as short supply of other pieces..unless I purchased drinks!! Got refund and left- not being forced to buy drinks to ensure half the bucket aren’t drumsticks.
I went to the restaurant and ordered a fillet burger box. The chicken in the burger was very small, there were only a few chips, and the beans and chicken drumstick were cold. My advice is to make sure to check the box before you leave.
I am extremely frustrated with the KFC in Ruislip. I went in to order and take away, double checked that they had included everything in my order, but when I got home, some items were missing. This has happened before, which is why I always double check. I paid for the food and it's unacceptable that things are missing. I tried to call them, but they let the phone ring out every time. This level of service is disgraceful.
Delivery from Ruislip KFC...... shocking! Freezing cold, dried up chicken. Disgusting chips, cold and soggy, full of grease, looks like they were dragged out of the bottom of the chip warmer, and as for portion size, they wouldn’t the feed a bird. Paid extra for orange juice received fizzy drinks instead.This is the poorest KFC I have ever had!Don’t bother!
So I ordered various meals via the uber eats app for my family and some items were missing so when I tried to report this apparently I received the mea which is untrue I removed part order! They never answer their phone and it’s a nightmare to resolve the issue so I’ve paid for something I don’t receive
