Made even better by the politest barman I’ve ever met in my life, Richard. personally work in hospitality and I’m a good barmaid but this man made our experience very lovely, especially on a Sunday when you’re sick of work and you just want to go home from work, but this man was very enthusiastic and the hospitality was amazing still on a Sunday at 10 o clock. Lots of respect for this man and the whole of moons staff, keep up the good work you lot!

It's going to be good pub grub rather than fine dining and where else can you get a decent, tasty burger (New York) with fries and onion rings plus a pint for well under a tenner? Slightly worried that it might take an age to place an order at the bar and have it served, I downloaded the Wetherspoon App and placed and paid for our order it was served to our table within a few minutes. Very enjoyable food, drink and atmosphere but probably not ideal for a quiet romantic meal.

I ended up ordering the rump ste... read more I hadn't been to this restaurant in a long time, so I decided to go for Sunday lunch, only to find out they no longer serve it. I ended up ordering the rump steak for £10.95 with chips, not expecting much but hoping it would at least be edible. Unfortunately, the steak was so tough that I couldn't even cut it, let alone chew it. I love steak and don't mind a bit of fat or gristle, but this was inedible. It was so bad that I actually had to send it back, something I have never done before. The food used to be fantastic here, but my recent experience was extremely disappointing.
