Good food and good service. Location was in Heathrow Terminal 4 I had the crab salad and a side order of potato salad. The crab salad was served with a side salad along with bread and butter. What annoN9224ZI doesn't like about Caviar House Prunier:
I dined at this restaurant before my morning flight on June 13, 2022, as it was the only option in Terminal 3. The service was lacking, with only one waitress and a male employee who seemed inexperienced. Despite being the only option, the food was not worth the price. Overall, it was a disappointing experience and a waste of money. View all feedback.
My partner and I regularly enjoy some seafood and a glass of fizz before jetting off on holiday and have visited many of the Caviar and Prunier branches on numerous occasions and at various UK airports. It is always a very enjoyable, if not luxurious way, to start your holiday. We enjoyed several glasses of Prosecco, the sumptuous seafood platter and the gravadlax on the evening on 4 May. The quality of the seafood was, as usual, simply outstanding and beautifully presented. However, unfortunately the service left a lot to be desired on this occasion. The female waitress was brusque, surly, unfriendly and very inattentive (possibly Eastern European) with an appalling attitude. She asked if we wanted some bread which never arrived, was quite rude to some Japanese customers and it was difficult to get her attention for the remainder of our visit. She urgently needs some customer service training! In contrast the two male members of staff were both extremely charming, friendly and engaging and took time to chat to us. One other minor gripe we were charged £3.50 yes £3.50 for 2 tiny slices of extra bread/toast. We have previously ordered extra bread at no cost and you do not expect such an exhorbitant charge when you are already paying a not inconsiderable sum for exceptional quality seafood. Come on guys ! Even the staff sympathised with us and told us the charge had been imposed in October last year, that “it was the rule” and that they had expressed concerns to senior management about the charge but that “they don’t listen”. Let’s hope senior management are reading and listen to this review....
I recently visited Prunier for oysters, champagne, and a delicious meal. The service was top-notch and the food was fantastic. My girlfriend and I had a great time and can't wait to come back. It's always a treat to dine here.

Stopped here for a livener before boarding. Caviar and oysters were top notch, house champagne was good, chablis was superb. Service was good.
Great way to add a small extension to the start of a holiday. Quick trip to the Emirates Lounge to deposit our hand luggage and a refreshing juice, then Caviar House. A collection of oysters to kick off, and then a platter of smoked salmon for my girlfriend and a plate of crayfish for me, with a bottle of Champagne. Perfect.
