After I chased her up when eating was too late, I was taken to various people over the phone because they didn't want to listen to me! each person I spoke to asked a certain question and none of them answered me, but the phone passed on to others. why should I order food and give a compound postcode? absolutely ridiculous and will never use it again. so rude.

This is my second time ordering, as I always try to give the benefit of the doubt. Unfortunately, my first order was incorrect and not very good, so I decided to give them a second chance. The burger was decent, but having to pay an extra £1.60 for a small amount of sweetcorn felt like a rip-off. The chips tasted old and had a bitter flavor, likely due to being fried in old oil. The chicken strips were good, but the BBQ wings were disappointing as they didn't have much BBQ flavor. Overall, I was very disappointed with my meal.

Waited twice the time for delivery (including two chase calls.) the command was wrong. two articles had the wrong meat. 1.5L bottle koks stood as four 330ml dos... read more Waited twice the time for delivery (including two chase calls.) the command was wrong. two articles had the wrong meat. 1.5L bottle koks stood as four 330ml doses. all hot items delivered stone cold and looked like they cooked something. during before. the customer service was rude and tried to work out that I had done it. they could then not be harassed to collect the wrong order as they first said they would (if I turned it out I did it on.) was said that they have refunded the order, but if I challenged that they could not have because justeat said it was impossible to do if the order was not updated as delivered, they would change their explanation, we will guess tomorrow I wish I had seen the other reviews here before I ordered!
