I visited the restaurant for the first time and began with the Choriqueso dip as an appetizer. For my main course, I had the southwest linguine, which offered some of the best flavors I’ve experienced in Hilliard. Everything was served steaming hot—almost too hot, but I prefer that to being served cold or lukewarm. Our server was attentive, although I would have liked more regular drink refills. We visited this restaurant as a party of two on Friday, March 8, around 6 PM. We were seated quickly, and the table and environment were clean. However, it took a long time for the wait staff to take our drink order. After placing our order for two entrees, we found ourselves waiting... and waiting... and waiting for our food.
