Donatos seems to rely on nostalgia to attract customers. Despite the abundance of pizza options in Columbus, it's a mystery why anyone would choose to pay for their average, overpriced pizza. I recently tried their stuffed crust and found it to be just okay, like everything else on the menu. The pizza sauce is decent, but nothing else stands out. The wings were rubbery and small. We had a last-minute party and the staff at the restaurant was amazing. The food was fantastic and the service was very helpful. We will definitely be returning.
Awful experience! $68 for what? Undercooked subs, soggy pizzas, and the wrong wings. And that was just the salad. It's a disgrace, considering that this used to be a very good pizzeria years ago. Now, it's no better than a cheap, thin crust version of Papa John's or some other mediocre pizza chain.
I placed a rather large order that I needed to pick up in a hurry. The staff was very fast, friendly, and efficient in getting everything together for me. I really appreciated the great service.
