First time trying pita pit. Will not be back. Staff member at kahikatea drive branch was sullen, unprofessional, impatient and seemed obvious that she did not want to be there. Time consuming and a clear lack of knowledge when both staff present,struggled to register my order and failed appallingly. What don 't you understand about I will have the Chorizzo Burger meal as advertised . That tasted awfully bad for my first time eating a take away version. Don’t use the self service screens here, they didn’t process my order and I paid twice before having to pay a third time at the counter. The staff were completely unhelpful even when shown proof I was charged three times for my order would not offer me a refund. It wasn’t until I visited the store again a week later I was reluctantly refunded. Service: Dine in
Ordered Gochujang rice bowl. Way too much red onions and mung beans. Brocolli was completely raw. Taste was bland . No seasoning at all. More Gochunang sauce was needed. Money wasted. Price per person: NZ$20–30 Food: 2 Service: 1
