From the moment you arrive, you feel like part of the family. The staff goes out of their way to find a drink you’ll enjoy, and they’re always on hand before your glass runs dry. If you're looking for trendy decor, this may not be the place for you. However, if you're in search of great food and friendly faces, you've found your destination. My wife ordered the ribs, which were cooked to absolute perfection, while the other three of us opted for the main rib. Their version of the main rib is distinctively different—it's not overly seasoned or of subpar quality. They allow the meat to shine on its own, resulting in a tender and unforgettable experience. Although Hildreth is a bit off the beaten path, it’s well worth the visit.
