There were two... read more I would have loved to recommend this restaurant. Unfortunately, I had a bad experience, even though I was promised the problem would be resolved. There were two of us, and we had a delicious meal and a few cocktails. The waiter was very friendly, almost overly so. When we asked for the bill at the end, it came to €115. I told the waiter to add €120, which he entered into his device. I placed my card on it, but it didn't work. Suddenly, he realized he had made a mistake and seemed to correct it. Unfortunately, in doing so, he also changed the amount to €160. Without looking, and feeling generous, I placed my card on it again. This time, the device accepted the card, and the amount was deducted. I only noticed the €160 charge the next day. I went to the restaurant to clarify the error. They were understanding and told it hadn't been intentional. I was supposed to get the money back. But to this day, I haven't received it. No response to emails to management. No feedback whatsoever. Seven months have now passed.
