This afternoon a young mother with two small children both under three years ago has been in line with me. She had said to the employee that she still takes four rolls so that the seller can choose the corresponding bag size from the point of view of the mother. The mother was then packed into the bag without going into it. When she said that she doesn't want wheat rolls, another salesman mixed up and told her, like her colleague, that she wants to have four rolls. The two-fold mother remained calm and replied to the two sellers that she would apologize for her statement with the ladies and work on her communication so that the sellers will receive clear, comprehensible statements in the future. From my point of view, however, the mother had not done anything wrong. She had already ordered cakes and particles before. From the mother's point of view, I would have left the sellers the cakes and the particles on the counter and would have gone wordless. So unbelievable, incapable staff works in this bakery. This has been confirmed again today. Chapeau to the mother so quiet. I won't buy anything in the bakery anymore.

Mega unfreundlich. Viele Schüler kaufen Essen bei der Bäckerei und wollen sich hinsetzen. Wird ab jetzt generell verboten dort zu essen. Kaufe nie wird da was- alle Schüler finden es komisch ,direkt viele Kunden verloren

Guten Abend. Eigentlich bin ich nicht so für Beschwerden,da ich selbst aus dem Verkauf kommen und mir bewußt ist das viele Kunden auch gerne mal übertreiben aber heute abend ca. 18:30 ist mir in ihrer Filiale echt alles aus dem Gesicht gefallen,als ihre Mitarbeiterin mich sehr unverschämt bedient hat und das ist in dieser Filiale nicht das erstemal passiert.In Langenfeld,sind die Damen so lieb und toll. Also von Anfang an: Ich kam mit einer Freundin zu ihnen in die Bäckerrei heute Abend. Schaute mich um und sah da war noch ein Baguette in der Auslage direkt vorne an der Scheibe,da lagen auch noch andere 2- 3 Brote. Ich begrüßte sie und sagte dieses hätte ich gerne und zeigte es ihr sie gleich sehr Schnippchen welches.Ich erwiederte dieses hier bitte. Und dann geschah das womit ich absolut nicht gerechnet hab. Sie sagte es wäre ihres das könne sie mir auf gar keinen fall geben. Meine Freundin und ich sahen uns an und waren sehr verwundert da es ja noch in der Auslage lag zum Verkauf. Ich fragte noch einmal es liegt doch da im verkauf oder sehe ich das falsch? Sie sehr unfreundlich ja aber das wäre ihres sie möchte es kaufen und ich müsste mir was anderes aussuchen wenn ich was möchte. Sie hätte nur vergessen es beiseite zu legen und sie kann es nicht ändern. Wow dachte ich mir also so macht man das. Okay ! Wir waren echt sehr geschockt darüber,wie man sich so äußern konnte. Es geht um die Filiale in Hilden bei Edeka Breidor! Ich glaube nicht das dieses Verhalten so richtig ist zumindestens denke ich sollte so nicht sein. Ihnen trotzdem ein schönes Wochenende sie können ja nichts für diese Aussage dieser Verkäuferin.Hoffe von ihnen zuhören. Gruß

Guten Tag wir kennen ca : 10 Filialen der Bäckerei Evertzberg das Personal ist super super freundlich egal was man kauft Brötchen, Brot oder Kuchen der Kaffee ist in allen Filiale Top Kuchen Top Brot und Brötchen einfach lecker um guten Kuchen zu holen fahren wir auch mal einen Umweg Danke dafür weiter so
