What User doesn't like about Top Secret:
This beachfront restaurant offers a menu featuring a variety of options including fried rice, fried noodles, sandwiches, curries, and a limited selection of meat dishes. The food was average in quality, with a decent selection of vegetarian (often vegan) choices available. The staff were not very friendly, but there were some friendly dogs present on the premises.
