Shāo Ròu Yuán - Hikari

I didn't mind the semi-private room, but I could clearly hear the voices from the neighboring table, so I felt like they could probably hear our conversation as well. There is a smoking section available, which is nice for smokers. I hadn't been a fan of tongue before, but the thick-cut tongue here is delicious and I will definitely order it again. The price has gone up, but it feels like a special treat. They provide sauce, lemon juice, and salt and pepper at the table. Gochujang and garlic are available upon request. I prefer my tasty meat with just salt, so I usually just use the salt and pepper. Overall, I think the service is good, although there are a few things that could be improved.
