Nice place to go for really good chicken. Went in for lunch when working in the area, looked promising so we took a chance. Not crowded at all, staff was preparing a large delivery order but you couldn’t tell by the level of service. Friendly and helpful. Food was delivered to our table very hot and delicious. Worst experience of my life! We spent $60 waited 30 minutes food came out simply disgusting. The chicken was undercooked, Mac n cheese was hard with no flavor. $60 down the drain. This was my first visit to this location since the one in Libertyville has closed down, and I was really craving some Cluckers. I was surprised by the prices, though—they were at least 30% higher than what I'm used to at my regular spot. While they do give you a larger portion for your money, I was still taken aback by the price increase. I suppose when you're in Highland Park, you have to expect higher prices. Next time, I'll make sure to check the prices beforehand. Overall, everything else was fine. Service: Dine-in.
