Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced! Today, after church, my family and I went to this restaurant. We all placed our orders, and I specifically asked for a peanut butter soft serve in a cone. After we paid, the staff member made our cones—only to give me a cheesecake soft serve instead. When I brought it to his attention, he argued with me about what I had ordered! I eventually returned the incorrect cone to him, and he sarcastically remarked, “What am I supposed to do with this?” I told him I didn’t care what he did with it since it wasn’t what I ordered, and I made it clear that I would share my experience with everyone I know. At no point did he offer to correct the mistake or refund our money. I will NEVER return to this place again!

Eventually, we handed the incorrect cone back to him, and he responded sarcastically, “What am I supposed to do with this?” I told him it didn’t matter to me; I wasn’t going to eat it since it wasn’t what I ordered, and I would be sure to share my experience with everyone I know. At no point did he offer to fix the mistake or refund our money. I will NEVER return!

The staff member I encountered was quite unhelpful. I wouldn't return to this restaurant.

This is a classic ice cream shop, the type of place you return to when visiting home that brings back nostalgic memories from your childhood.
