Nicolo's Chicago Style Pizza

Has the potential to be good but the deep dish pizza just fell short. I definitely know good Chicago deep dish pizza. Not bad but definitely just OK. Seems like it could use a little more time in the oven. Crust seemed not quite done and didn’t have that crispy crust that you’re looking for. Beer was flat. Server was great and took care of the beer but the next beer was flat as well. Sever mentioned a recent CO2 changeout. Overall, not a horrible experience but not somewhere that will be on the top of our list in the future.

Like the food but, Just ordered $80 worth of pizza to be delivered around 6.30. The driver turns up before 5pm when no one is here yet. Read the order. Sent it back...no idea if its going to be delivered and waiting for manager to call back.

Extremely disappointed with the service and management. I ordered a pizza online. Long time customer. Apparently their online menu and order workflow changed? I did not get the pizza I thought I ordered. They acknowledged the online ordering system was not particularly straightforward. When I asked for a simple replacement pizza or some type of discount (eg 1/2 price) for a replacement, they refused. I couldn’t believe it. I told them they would loose a longtime customer, which didn’t make any difference. They insisted there was nothing they could do since they claim it was my mistake in ordering. Extremely short sighted and frustrating. Unfortunately the quality of their online system and the value of a longtime customers means nothing to them.

Love Nicolos! Best pizza in town! The crust is so good! The new online ordering however is not an improvement. Only OG customers know the speciality pizza names (no description, list of ingredients) and you can’t customize them. I called immediately after placing my online order to remove feta from a pizza but sat on hold for 15 min and it was too late. Please improve your online ordering process.

We took our entire baseball team along with parents and siblings to Nicolos this last Sunday after a long day in the sun. We actually took up almost every seat in the house! They only had young ladies waitressing, and they totally killed it! They worked their tails off and did an excellent job! The guys cooking in the back did an awesome job as well, putting out all the food in a timely manner, and the food was excellent as well! Great job to you all! I would definitely recommend Nicolos at Highlands Ranch Pkwy and University!
