Le Peep - Highlands Ranch

I thoroughly enjoyed my meal! Although the restaurant appeared empty at first, I realized it was close to closing time. I ordered the breakfast avocado toast, which was extremely satisfying. I hope to come back when I visit Colorado in the future.

Le Peep is a charming chain similar to Denny's in Colorado, known for its down-to-earth and simple atmosphere. The Le Peep in Highlands Ranch is a clean and relaxed restaurant with friendly staff. I enjoyed a delicious vegetarian skillet with basted eggs and a decent pumpkin spiced latte. While the overall vibe and food quality are good, I wouldn't necessarily give it a five-star rating. Nonetheless, it's a great spot for a casual breakfast from time to time.

I really enjoyed my visit to this restaurant. Their scrambled eggs with rock lobster were delicious, and they offer a great selection of coffee. The menu is full of fresh options and the customer service was excellent. I highly recommend this place!

Great service, clean, and yummy! We’re gluten free and love their gf waffles and bacon. The gf French toast wasn’t that good And the eggs over medium were much better then the “canned” scrambled. Hint, they can give you choose chips and powdered sugar on the waffles, the juices are yummy too.
