My family has Celiac, when I asked for gluten-free Pita, he changed his gloves, the film in the Pita warmer and ensured that no other employee touched our foods or utensils, unless they had fresh gloves. It was my first time and oh my God, the food is fantastic I was looking for a really good falafel and that was the place!
