Chipotle Mexican Grill

I waited 45 minutes past the scheduled pickup time for my mobile order, which was particularly frustrating during lunchtime. I understand it gets busy, but I noticed that the in-person line moved twice while a large number of people were still waiting for their mobile orders. The mobile ordering system requires payment through the app and doesn't allow for cancellations, which left me with no option but to wait instead of going through the line. Throughout this ordeal, there were no apologies or instructions from the staff. Management should have taken the initiative to reorganize priorities for handling mobile orders, as those waiting for their app orders had been there much longer than those who walked in. There didn’t seem to be any visible manager on duty, but this issue could have been easily addressed with some basic guidance for the staff once it was clear how many people were waiting. I ended up missing my entire lunch break because of this experience.

If this was not so good, I would never go back. I can never order online or via the app and actually get what I order. if they order more that an item the order below the line is getting worse and worse. today my o bowl was perfect, but my 2 children's order was completely neglected. both missing drinks and chips and one of the child orders was missing the guy. this place must bring his things together.

The portion sizes are seriously lacking. I always request extra beans and pico, but the staff just scoops a tiny bit and then removes some of it. It's frustrating.

I have been going to this chipotle for years, and in the last months this chipotle has gone down quickly. everything is a chaos and the personal is just around and are rude. I think that's what they get from the employment youthful though. drinking station is a complete catastrophe. hustle and old eating everywhere. I came here the other day, and the hunch was so dry and burned that I had to throw half of it away, because I usually only burned pieces instead of huh.

I was a bit disappointed as I tried to get a quesadilla and found the doors locked 10 minutes before closing. Other than that, my experiences there have been great!
