Capriotti's Sandwich Shop

First experience here was just okay. My sandwich was fine but the staff/kids was visibly prioritizing lunch breaks and chatting over making food. However I'll still give 3 stars because although it took 20 minutes to make 2 cheese steaks, the ingredients are still fantastic and I ate it all. This location needs to learn from the Parker location!

We have given this location a few tries and been so disappointed. Coming from Vegas, we loved Capriotti?s (they are everywhere there) and were so excited when this location opened. Unfortunately, my last order where I specified no cheese due to allergies, it was on every sandwich along with excessive bones in the turkey. I?ll excuse one here or there, it happens, but it was BAD. Tonight, we ordered a few sandwiches and I don?t know if they washed the onion in chemicals, or the onions were just bad, but our sandwiches tasted like either soap or chemicals and we pinpointed it to the onions. We are done. You may want to look into the onion issue form tonight, 10/11/22, maybe the container they were in wasn?t rinsed properly? I don?t know but it has sadly turned us off to this location for good. Such a shame.

I tried using BOGO code online and at this highlands ranch location and it was not honored. Also, food quality has gone downhill. Probably won’t be going back anytime soon.

Wanted a steak sandwich, so went to the new Myrtle Beach location to give it a try. Did not expect to pay$11.79 for a small classic steak sub! But I bought it anyway. Won't go to Capriotti's again. The steak on the sub did not taste good, what a waste of money . I added A-1 steak Sauce to make it worth eating.

I discovered this new sandwich shop in town and decided to give it a try. I really liked the combination of brick, wood, and modern lighting – it has a very nice atmosphere. I ordered the classic cheesesteak in a small size with hot peppers, and it was absolutely delicious and just the right portion for dinner. I will definitely be returning! The only slight downside was that the music was a bit too loud, but overall, it was fantastic and could become my new favorite spot. I’m looking forward to trying the bob next time, as my spouse ordered it and it looked amazing!
