Dickey's Barbecue Pit - HIGHLANDS

Awful and unhelpful owner. Made an order on the Dickeys app on Thanksgiving for pickup the next day. They couldn't find it in their system. Told me I'll have to call 1 866 BBQ and when I called the number doesn't work so the employee had to look up the right number herself. But when we called no one is there to help you so now I have to email customer support even though I showed them the order number in my app.

The staff is super friendly , fast and I would recommend bringing the whole family here !!!

This used to be our favorite and only location.Placed a large order this weekend, for it to say it was ready for pickup and then we got there and the store was closed… at 5:00 pm. Which was fine, we get it, places are short staffed. We grabbed other food, and i figured it would be an easy fix the next day.Except, it took me calling 4 times on 3 different days just to speak with a manager, and the manager hung up on me… and turned the store phone off. His excuse was “He had to deal with other things” It took me calling the Shell phone, and stating i needed my refund or it will be disputed with my bank to get him to actually fulfill a refund… when the only issue was that they accepted our order and then closed the store. Like i said, it’s a wonderful location food wise…. but the manager refuses to resolve issues that are clearly the stores fault, in a timely manner.

Well I started calling to make an order for pick up at 8:13 p.m. as my husband was in route via bicycle.... to pick it up .... The phone rang and rang and rang and no one ever answered smh .....I repeated this 8 or 9 times and no answer .Well my suggestion is to hire employees that aren't going to deliberately get bad reviews for your company .......
