We walked here to grab coffee while our car was charging. The store didn’t allow us in at 8pm although in the map shows it’s open until 9:30pm. We tried to get the coffee through drive thru, and they denied our request because we didn’t have car! So pissed. Rude customer service. View all feedback.

What can i saw it's America's coffee shop good coffee sometimes customer service is not the best but it's always full so I guess I'll give them some slack!
Done with going to this starbucks ive been coming basically everyday for the past two months and everytime i place an order there has been an issue wether it being they didnt get my order or something is missing they didnt make my drink right i could go on and on also all the employees are very rude and stuck
This place will always be good for me I love coffee.
I didn't get a birthday reward loaded onto my app so I called the store to ask about it. They told me corporate has control over that and they don't so I would have to call corporate, which I understand. But no apology, no happy birthday, they could've just offered to make me a drink. Just ridiculous.
