What Trista Lamm doesn't like about Sonic Drive-in:
Screen showed my food was done and they were bringing it out, 20 minutes later wondering where our food is and having called 3 times with no answer my boyfriend went up to the door they handed us the food and we got in the car and realized the food was Luke warm soggy tater tots and the complete wrong shake and its not the first time i nor my friends have experienced such terrible service at this location View all feedback.
I ordered a large strawberry shake and it wasn't very flavorful and wasnt very cold which was extremely disappointing since it cost over $7
They didn’t want to serve us. Didn’t respond back and didn’t make our food and it was an absolute disgrace.
Ordered a super sonic without ketchup and the cook purposely put only ketchup on the burger. They weren’t busy and had no excuse for such incompetence.
ONLY when Wayne is working is when I get the absolute best service. He is really turning the Highland store around .
