She made my smoothie c... read more HORRIBLE customer service. I had to greet upon my entry never was acknowledged. I?m an African American and I?m feeling some kind of way. She made my smoothie called it out and walked away. Laid my receipt on the counter vs my hand with no eye contact. Young white girl with with no type of customer service. I will be taking this to corporate as well because that?s unacceptable. I?m a wealthy black person and could buy this place out. You never know who?s who. Will not be back and will post to my social media.

The flavor selection for frozen yogurt is very limited (only 4 flavors were available tonight? At the toppings counter, it was disgusting and most of the containers were empty or extremely soggy (the heath bar container had more fluids in it than heath bar so I couldn't top my yogurt with anything except a couple cookie dough pieces. The yogurt flavor was good but 6.99 for a cup of plain yogurt due to lack of initiative for cleaning and restocking by employees kinda sucks. Won't be back.

Only a few yogurt flavors were available, with no signs indicating which ones were out of order. The toppings were all melted and stuck together, making it difficult to enjoy. The cheesecake bites were impossible to scoop out as they were all mushed together, the boba was burst and slimy, and the chocolate chips had melted into one solid mass. The yogurt flavors seemed to be watered down. Unfortunately, my husband, daughter, and I were not able to finish even half of our yogurts and ended up leaving.
