It feels l... read more I usually don't like to complain, but I'm unsure if the bowls are meant to be half-filled. I rarely get KFC, and when I do, my bowls are barely full. It feels like a DoorDash order. I'm just curious; they didn't have to be overflowing, but they really could have had more food.

The chicken last night was so greasy and so over-cooked that you could barely bite into it. The complete meal was messy. Had to throw it away. Not edible. Wish... read more The chicken last night was so greasy and so over-cooked that you could barely bite into it. The complete meal was messy. Had to throw it away. Not edible. Wish I had taken a picture of it. Also no one on line. After waiting at first window and no employee, drove up the pick up window. Female employee refused to take my payment. Made me back up all the way to the first window. I paid by card, no signature or key in by me. Just handed me my receipt. Complete power trip by employee. 6:30pm on a Thursday night. No customers in line at all the entire time I was there. This restaurant is going down hill fast. My last visit a month ago was no good either. Crossing them off my list. I have been going there since they opened.

Went through the drive-thru,... read more Went in and the employee told me rudely that they were only doing drive thru when I saw a couple of customers sitting down eating. Went through the drive-thru, ordered, stopped at the parking to see if I had everything and they forgot my biscuits.Went right back to the drive thru and they gave me extra. Once I got home I realized that the bag where they had put my sides inwas a bag from Del Taco? They also included several Del Taco sauce packets which is weird to me. Didn?t like that at all. Overall my rating is 2. Won?t be coming here again.
