This is my kids favorite food play place. The food options are great, but more importantly this location is clean and the service is fast and authentically very friendly. The manager Ty is awesome and my kids love saying hi to him every time we are here. Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

My wife and I waited for about 20 minutes in the drive thru for 2 shakes with 2 cars in front of us, which is totally fine, I get being busy and being understaffed. However, we asked for a cookie dough shake with extra cookie dough and paid extra for that, and on our way home realized that there wasn’t any cookie dough at all in the shake. We flipped around because we live close to just ask for more cookie dough and the guy running the cash register was rude about it, rolled his eyes and said he would just make another one. I said thanks and left with the other shake. Same deal, no cookie dough. When people pay for something, deliver

Oh my gosh I've seen reviews about this and it's so true, that one cook guy is so dang attractive I can tolerate the nasty food and terrible wait times just to get a glimpse into the kitchen. Employees dumb as rocks though. I swear i get food poisoning every time i even look at the mushroom burger. Last time i got a shake it was actually goat milk, in taste and liquidity. It's probably my fault for getting the hot fudge raspberry marshmallow mint shake. I have seen on several occasions employees sticking their hands entirely inside their mouths and proceeding to rub them all over the fry basket. Never that cute cook though. I still have faith in arctic circle. They can be redeemed if they turn from their sinful ways and work to be the restaurant they were destined to be. Live in peace. Especially you hot cook guy. Jokes
