What Anthony Oliver doesn't like about Buffalo Wild Wings:
Horrible service. Bad food. Getting worse. Last time we left after standing by the hostess desk for 5 minutes (literally) and no one came to seat us. Even had servers on the floor and they ignored us. Place has gone downhill big time. They need a change in management. We used to go at least once a week... not anymore. Food has gotten bad too. Food is Buffalo Wild Wings it’s pretty good but the manager jessie was fantastic I called asking how much the wings costed and he gave me a discount just to be nice and rake in the cash for the business. The man was also just all around a fantastic example of customer service, and if the rest of the employees are like him I will definitely go again View all feedback.
